If arriving at this page for details of the workshop, it does not show the next available date - it shows the one after - for example the date shown here is 4th November whereas the next available date is 20th October.

If you look at the main calendar, at https://thestudioatclapham.com/classes-events/ it knows the event is there as it is shown.

BUT if you click through on that date, it shows 4th November as the next available option again.

I have tried many different tactics, even creating a new event entirely but the same problem arises.  I have looked in all the settings to see if there is something stopping the next available event being shown - such as time to book ahead but there doesn't seem to be any setting that could be effecting this.

This is pretty urgent as obviously the latest, next to happen events are not being shown to visitors and they cannot book.  Infact it could lead to refunds if they click through on a specific day and are booked in for the month afterwards.

    Thanks,

    Carolyn

    Hi Carolyn,

Deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

Please let us know the results and if the issue persists, please send WordPress admin username / password + URL to login for deeper examination.

    Regards

Hi, sorry I wrote a reply yesterday and forgot to actually post it!

So, I disabled as many plugins as I could without losing data.  I was concerned about changing the theme as we are using Divi and always have and I really didn't want to lose anything.  If absolutely necessary I will take a backup and strip it all down but removing most of the plugins makes me think this isn't the problem.

I have setup an admin login for you but don't want to post the details here, can you let me know where to send them more securely so you can have a look please?

    Many thanks,

    Carolyn

    Dear Carolyn,

    Thanks for your reporting,

I forwarded this ticket with a high priority to the developer team.

So there will be no issues in the next stable version.

Now, by using a plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/

Make a copy of this event and don't use MEC repeating system.

For each repeat of this event, I want you to create a new event.

We appreciate your patience in advance.

    Best Regards

    Regards
